Video ASIC Design Engineer:
Responsibilities:	Design, verify, and synthesize functional blocks in USB PC camera ASIC and NTSC/PAL video capture ASIC.
	Develope FPGA emulation chip for system level verification
	Develope C emulation model for algorithm verification.
Requirements:
Requirements:	2+ years of ASIC/FPGA design experience, video/imaging ASIC experience preferred.
	Strong Verilog design and Synopsys synthesis skill.
	Strong C programming skill.
	Knowledgeable in video processing and JPEG/MPEG standards.
	Experience in NTSC/PAL decoder or CMOS imager is a plus.
	BS in Electrical Engineering, MS preferred.

Quality Assurance Software engineer – Video/ Audio/DTV IC’s
Location:	Santa Clara, USA
Employment Type:	Develope FPGA emulation chip for system level verification
The position is for video/audio driver testing in a Windows XP and 2K enviorment. You will run third party application software, such as Ulead Studio 8, PINNACLE Studio 9 and others. QA experience is required as you will interact with developers and explain/reproduce the problem. And also write up the problems found into database.

We are looking for is someone with QA and support skills.
	BS computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalen
	Strong software quality methodology skills
	Ability to generate test plans from customer/marketing requirements
	Ability to interact with customers on reported problems, quality methodology
	Strong multi-tasking skills
	Experienced in the excution of PC industry volume quality testing for driver release
	Software development experience

Software Engineer – Video/ Audio/DTV IC’s
Location:	Santa Clara, USA
Employment Type:	Full Time
Responsibilities:	Candidate will support customer design effort including working with customers to develop software, validate designs for those customers’ applications. Responsibilities include providing technical support towards design wins and design/debug support resulting in production.
Requirements	3+ years of systems level experience with good communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft XP and 2K as well as Direct show. Driver development and C++ experience is a plus. BS/MS in computer science, or electrical engineering.
